Northwest Bible is an independent Bible Church that was incorporated on July 31, 1998. We teach a Christ centered, grace oriented Gospel. We believe the Bible as God's Holy Word and should be taken seriously. We are an autonomous church and free of any denomination direction or control.
Yes. We have a clear, well defined statement of beliefs with scriptural references. They are located in the back of the church auditorium on the information table.
The leadership of the church consists of the Senior Pastor, Elders, and Deacons who must meet scriptural qualifications, be appointed by the pastor, and be elected in by 2/3 majority vote by the members of the congregation. The leaders must be in 100% agreement on any issue or project before presenting the information to the church body. There is a monthly financial report distributed to the church body.
There are three important requirements in the membership process at Northwest Bible:
1. A person must have trusted Christ as Savior and have the assurance of faith in Him.
2. A person must have been scriptually baptized by immersion after his/her salvation. If you have not followed the Lord in believers baptism, you may do so here.
3. A person must present themselves for membership during an invitation following a service. If you have membership in a church of like faith, you may join by transfer of letter.
Yes. We realize little ones are important, so we are continually improving this area of our church. We want to provide the best care possible for infants and toddlers. Junior church is for ages three through kindergarten.
Yes. As a leader it is important to meet the qualifications of leadership each director sets forth. This will enable church to continue to be in harmony and unity as the church grows and expands. (1 Cor. 1:10)
Communion services will be included in four Sundays annually. Along with additional special services and retreats.
